On Friday, 28 August 2015, in the evening at 22:25, in Ukmergės district municipality, on the Ukmergė–Raguva–Nemėžis national road (kilometre 11.30), a Volvo V70 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Volvo (13 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.45‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
