On Friday, 4 September 2015, in the evening at 21:30, in Vilnius, on Architektų street near No. 214, a Ford Transit FT 260 registered in Czechia ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 63-year-old driver of the Ford (42 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (1.42‰ blood alcohol). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
