On Monday, 20 April 2015, in the evening at 19:54, in Visagino municipality, on Partizanų street near No. 15, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a traffic accident occurred. The accident involved a Mazda 626 and a Renault Megane Scenic. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the Mazda, who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
