On Wednesday, 9 September 2015, in the evening at 18:30, in Šiauliai, on P. Cvirkos street, at the junction with Žemaitės street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Mazda 323 and a Citroen C3. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Mazda, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
