On Thursday, 10 September 2015, in the morning at 8:53, in Vilnius, on Ozo street near No. 25, at the junction with Gelvonų street, a collision occurred. The collision involved a Passat T, a Volvo S40, a Citroen C4, a BMW 320, a Volvo XC90 and a Nissan Qashqai. Three people were injured — the 60-year-old driver of the Passat T (severely injured, hospitalized), a 48-year-old passenger of the Passat T (treated as an outpatient) and the 36-year-old driver of the BMW (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 60-year-old driver of the Passat T (30 years of driving experience), who was taken ill at the wheel. All drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
