On Friday, 4 September 2015, in the evening at around 17:00, in Kaunas, on Ateities pl., at a pedestrian crossing, a collision occurred. The collision involved a Scania P 380 and an Opel Astra. One person was injured — the 33-year-old driver of the Opel (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Scania (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
