On Saturday, 19 September 2015, in the evening at 20:15, in Mažeikių district municipality, Užventės village, on Viekšnių street, at the junction with Virvytės street, a collision with a motorcycle occurred. The collision involved a motorcycle and a Volkswagen Touran. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of a motorcycle, who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.73‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
