On Monday, 28 September 2015, in the evening at 19:35, in Ukmergės district municipality, on the Ukmergė–Petronys–Tulpiakiemis–Pagiriai regional road (kilometre 1.80), a collision with a reversing vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80 and an Audi A2. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Audi 80, who failed to keep a safe distance.
