On Sunday, 18 October 2015, at night at 0:28, in Vilnius, on Žirmūnų street near No. 118, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf, a Mazda 626, a Mercedes-Benz C200, an Audi A6 and a BMW 525 D. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
