Opel Astra driver hits a parked Ford and flees in Valčiūnų village
On Monday, 2 November 2015, in the evening at 18:28, in Vilniaus district municipality, Valčiūnų village, on Miško street near No. 14, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
