On Wednesday, 4 November 2015, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Vilnius, on Odminių street near No. 3, an Opel Meriva hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 45-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 62-year-old driver of the Opel (30 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
