Unlicensed Mitsubishi driver hits a parked Mercedes-Benz and flees on Ukmergės g., Vilnius
On Friday, 13 November 2015, in the evening at 22:51, in Vilnius, on Ukmergės street near No. 222, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
