On Monday, 16 November 2015, in the evening at 19:20, in Anykščių district municipality, Kalnuočių village, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the MTZ (34 years of driving experience), who was driving a vehicle with faults the traffic rules prohibit driving with and violated lighting-device usage rules.
