On Wednesday, 18 November 2015, in the evening at around 18:00, in Alytus, on Naujoji street near No. 52, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Pontiac Sunfire and a BMW 318. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 64-year-old driver of the Pontiac (35 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
