On Friday, 20 November 2015, in the afternoon at 11:40, in Kėdainių district municipality, on the Aristava–Kėdainiai–Cinkiškiai national road (kilometre 2), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Iveco MP240E34, a MTZ 82-1 and a 2PTS-6 Nenurodoma. One person was injured — the 58-year-old driver of the MTZ (severely injured, hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Iveco (15 years of driving experience), who exceeded the speed set by traffic rules or road signs, violated overtaking rules and failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
