On Saturday, 28 November 2015, in the evening at 21:50, in Vilnius, on Filaretų street, at the junction with Olandų street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Rover 400 and a Volkswagen Jetta. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Rover, who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
