On Thursday, 10 December 2015, in the evening at 21:40, in Vilnius, on Papilėnų street near No. 19, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Seat Arosa, an Audi A4 Avant and an Opel Vectra. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Seat (2 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.07‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was icy. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
