On Sunday, 13 December 2015, at night at 1:22, in Alytaus district municipality, on the Valkininkų g s –Daugai–Alytus national road (kilometre 36), a BMW 530 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the BMW (1 year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. The driver was sober.
