On Friday, 20 November 2015, in the evening at 17:30, in Kaunas, on Jonavos street near No. 282, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Ford Mondeo and a Skoda Superb. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Ford (12 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
