On Saturday, 19 December 2015, in the afternoon at 11:30, in Kaunas, on A. Baranausko g. (prie pastato Taikos pr. 54) street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Chrysler Voyager and a Volkswagen UP!. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Chrysler (10 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
