On Friday, 1 January 2016, in the morning at 6:40, in Vilnius, on Pergalės street near No. 28, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vectra and a Saab. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, it was snowing, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
