On Tuesday, 26 January 2016, in the morning at 7:50, in Kaunas, on Pašilės street near No. 36, an Opel Zafira hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Opel (19 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
