On Monday, 1 February 2016, in the evening at 18:16, in Vilnius, on Kauno street, at the junction with Naugarduko street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 and a Mini Cooper. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.05‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was snowing, the road surface was wet.
