On Wednesday, 3 February 2016, in the evening at around 20:00, in Vilnius, on Tuskulėnų street near No. 50, a traffic accident occurred. The accident involved a Peugeot 206 and a BMW X5. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the BMW (16 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
