On Saturday, 6 February 2016, in the afternoon at 12:05, in Kretingos district municipality, on Žalioji street near No. 5, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Daewoo Lanos and a Lexus RX 350. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Daewoo (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
