On Saturday, 13 February 2016, in the evening at 18:09, in Panevėžio district municipality, Linkaučių village, on Truskavos street near No. 8, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a John Deere 6320, a MMZ 771B and an Audi 80. Two people were injured — a 40-year-old passenger of the Audi (hospitalized) and a 25-year-old passenger of the Audi (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the John Deere, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence. The 27-year-old driver of the Audi was drunk (2.07‰). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
