Hit-and-run Audi driver in crash with Skoda on the Daugpilis–Rokiškis–Panevėžys road
On Sunday, 12 July 2015, at night at 3:05, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Daugpilis–Rokiškis–Panevėžys national road (kilometre 82.65), a head-on collision occurred.
