On Thursday, 18 February 2016, in the evening at 21:25, in Vilnius, on Taikos street near No. 32, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Hyundai Accent and a Toyota Corolla Verso. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Hyundai, who failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
