On Saturday, 20 February 2016, in the evening at 21:17, in Kaunas, on Savanorių pr. near No. 321, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Renault Megane Scenic and a Volkswagen NEW Beetle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Renault (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
