On Saturday, 27 February 2016, in the evening at around 20:00, in Kaunas, on Veiverių street, at the junction with Lakūnų pl., a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Mazda 323 F and an Audi A6 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of the Mazda (12 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. Both drivers were sober.
