On Thursday, 4 February 2016, in the evening at 18:20, in Kauno city municipality, on the local road, an Audi A6 Avant hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 56-year-old driver of the Audi (19 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
