On Friday, 11 March 2016, in the afternoon at 15:44, in Vilnius, on Žolyno street near No. 33A, a Renault Laguna hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Renault (4 years of driving experience), who exceeded the speed set by traffic rules or road signs and committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (1.61‰ blood alcohol). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
