On Saturday, 12 March 2016, at night at 2:30, in Jonavos district municipality, on Vasario 16-osios street near No. 1, a Volkswagen Passat hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (1.57‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene.
