On Sunday, 13 March 2016, in the afternoon at 16:03, in Klaipėda, on Prano Lideikio street, at the junction with Pamario street, an Audi A4 hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. Two people were injured — a 14-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized) and a 12-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by a 14-year-old pedestrian, who committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc.. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 60 km/h.
