On Monday, 4 April 2016, in the morning at around 9:00, in Telšių district municipality, on Sedos street near No. 34A, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Renault Espace and a Neoplan N 116. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to give way when changing direction and failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.57‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 60 km/h.
