On Wednesday, 6 April 2016, in the afternoon at 13:30, in Kaunas, on Jiesios pl., at the junction with Vaidoto street, a Toyota Avensis hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 42-year-old pedestrian, who was crossing the carriageway where prohibited. She was drunk (3.59‰ blood alcohol). The driver was sober.
