On Monday, 25 April 2016, in the afternoon at 11:50, in Utenos district municipality, on A. Baranausko street, at the junction with Maironio street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved an Opel Meriva and an Audi. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 87-year-old driver of the Opel (49 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
