On Sunday, 24 April 2016, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Jurbarko district municipality, on Kalninės street near No. 2, a Peugeot 406 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
