On Sunday, 8 May 2016, in the evening at 21:36, in Vilnius, on Šilo street near No. 19, a Piaggio Free rolled over. Two people were injured — the 27-year-old driver of the Piaggio (treated as an outpatient) and a 44-year-old passenger of the Piaggio (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Piaggio (7 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.66‰ blood alcohol). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
