On Friday, 6 May 2016, in the afternoon at 13:30, in Kaunas, on Lankos street near No. 18, a Toyota hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the Toyota (20 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
