On Tuesday, 10 May 2016, in the evening at around 19:00, in Kaunas, on Raudondvario pl., at the junction with Pakilimas į A-5 kelią, a Volvo S80 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Volvo (22 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.91‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
