On Wednesday, 25 May 2016, in the evening at around 18:00, in Marijampolės municipality, Padovinio village, on Mokyklos street near No. 20, in a yard, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Ford Galaxy and an Opel Vectra-B-Caravan. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 15-year-old driver of the Ford, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
