On Thursday, 26 May 2016, in the evening at 20:47, in Panevėžys, on Aukštaičių street near No. 4, a Seat Ibiza hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 14-year-old pedestrian, who committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc.. She was drunk (1.21‰ blood alcohol). The driver was sober.
