On Saturday, 28 May 2016, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Vilnius, on Papilėnų street near No. 9, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mazda Premacy and an Audi A3. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Mazda (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
