On Monday, 30 May 2016, in the evening at around 22:00, in Alytus, on Pramonės street, at the junction with Link Jasiunskų kaimo street, a Ford Focus hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Ford (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
