On Friday, 3 June 2016, at night at 23:28, in Biržų district municipality, on the Biržai–Užušiliai–Latveliai regional road (kilometre 18), a Mosca Rapido rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the Mosca, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.35‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
