On Sunday, 12 June 2016, in the evening at around 19:00, in Jonavos district municipality, on Chemikų street near No. 78, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Renault Laguna and a Seat Toledo. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the Renault, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
