On Monday, 20 June 2016, in the afternoon at 16:25, in Kupiškio district municipality, Kikonių village, on the Slavinčiškis–Adomynė–Aluotas regional road (kilometre 1.20), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Subaru Forester and a Toyota Hilux. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the Subaru (25 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (1.65‰ blood alcohol).
