On Monday, 27 June 2016, in the evening at around 22:00, in Vilnius, on Peteliškių street near No. 4, a head-on collision while overtaking occurred. The collision involved an Opel Astra Station Wagon and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 14-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
