On Friday, 15 July 2016, at night at 0:30, in Kaunas, on Šiaurės pr. near No. 8D, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat Variant registered in Sweden and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Passat Variant. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
